Program Director

Deidre Tice

With 18 years of nursing experience, Deidre Tice has dedicated her career to serving and providing exceptional care in rural settings. Her extensive nursing background reflects her passion for ensuring the highest quality of care to those in underserved communities. Deidre’s expertise spans various aspects of patient care. She is known for her strong patient advocacy and compassionate approach to healthcare. Her wide range of experience has equipped her with the necessary skills needed to navigate the challenges of rural healthcare, making her an invaluable resource for patients and colleagues, alike. Outside of her professional life, Deidre is passionate about community engagement. She continues to seek opportunities to further the access to exemplary healthcare services to rural communities across the Panhandle.

Program Coordinator

Allison Loehe

My name is Allison Loehe, and I recently transitioned into the role of the Program Coordinator for Primary Healthcare and the Family Planning program under the Coalition of Health Services. I have been with the Coalition of Health Services for over ten years under the Texas Home Visiting Programs for Continuous Quality Improvement and Data Entry Specialist. Through my time here at the Coalition I have been a team player by using my skills in flexibility, collaboration, and resilience. If I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my two boys. I hold a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from West Texas A&M University and a CBCS certification in medical coding and billing.
